DLT registration required to avail and send SMS through the a2p portal. It was introduced by TRAI in 2018. Every enterprise who wants to avail bulk SMS service from any service provider first they need to do DLT registration in any of the mobile operators. After the entity registration SMS header (Sender id), SMS Template (Message content to be sent) need to register in the same DLT platform. After DLT registration, the DLT operator provides a user id and password to exceed the DLT portal where anyone can register header and contents. Phases of DLT registration :
1. Entity or Enterprise registration
2. Sender id or Header registration
3. Template or Message Content template registration
